Tammy was an excellent communicator and kept us up to date, both verbally and by the weekly reports ( which we haven't had with pervious agents ) . Tammy was able to share what was happening in the Ashburton market and give her guidance on what we should expect. This was important as we no longer lived in Ashburton and were dealing with the sale remotely. Overall a great result and would definitely use Tammy again.
