Knows how to get a result
Tammy was very professional and gave us a great real estate experience trying to sell our house in a slower market. With clear communication, professionalism and a strong marketing strategy, she was able to garner a positive result. Being our first time selling a house, Tammy taught us about the market what we should be doing to try and put our best foot forward. Nothing was a problem.
We were down from the North Island for a day trip looking for properties, as we were relocating to Ashburton. We called Della on Saturday morning and she had 4 properties lined up to see that afternoon before we went back to Christchurch. She purposefully saved the best for last and we ended up negotiating a successful contract. Better still I could rent the property until ours was sold, win/win. Would highly recommend,

Della the seller,performance was stellar!
Having known Della for a number of years, we thought there would be no one else we would call after deciding to sell our beloved family home of 18 years. Her friendly and humorous personality put us at ease from the get go and she assured us our home wouldn't be on the market for long. Della was helpful with recommendations on how to get our home ready for this and after 6 days on the market we went under offer. Would highly recommend Della to all of our friends and wouldn't hesitate calling on her again in the future if needed.

First time selling
From the very start of the process Della had made it very easy for us to understand what we needed to do. She help us to work out what work we needed to do to the house to get the best bang for our buck with out having to over do it. She explained to us on how to set our house up to make the place look the best it could be for potential buys to come see the beauty of the house. From the day we decided we were ready to put the house onto the market Della was extremely quick to get everything sorted so the house could be listed as soon as possible. It didn't take Della very long at all to hunt down a buyer for our house. It was a pleasure working with Della and could have not asked for a better outcome for the first time selling a house.
