Fernanda was very helpful from the first open home, through to getting last minute documentation through before the auction. Her team member was also very helpful during the settlement process. Fernanda and her team are professional and were very patient with all of the questions that I had from how processes work to how to turn on the oven! Even though Fernanda was there to support the vendor, I still felt supported throughout the purchasing of my new property, which is great when it can at times a stressful experience.
