Where do I start: • Scott is an awesome gentleman and a fantastic Real Estate Agent • I am a very annoying and pushy client, but he has always been patient, kind and a great listener. • He pays attention to our detailed requirements and swiftly takes action • He is a great communicator and sticks to his timelines • I love raving about Scott, Mike, Tracy, Anne etc. these guys have been the best resales estate agents I’ve dealt with, I’ve dealt with Baileys before and they have left a sour taste and burnt bridges with us, as we will never be using their services. Scott came to the rescue and helped us make the right choice. • He also sold our home way above RV and I will definitely use him to sell our future properties. • He is very knowledgeable and well prepared when one is buying or selling a home. I was kept informed of the progress of the selling the house by Mike and Tania. Mike was able to recommend the various trades people needed to prepare the house for sale. I was comfortable with leaving the marketing and house viewings in their capable hands and was delighted with the successful sale.
