I really like the Team approach which helps in so many ways, from the WhatsApp group, making communication easy and quick, to having coverage for all the open homes every week, to having different skills from each of them, from building and handyman fix ups to producing a great marketing video. The Team know their market so well and give very good advice on how to respond to what we are seeing and present options to consider. It's been a challenging time in the market over the last few months but I know I've got the best possible outcome with Team Ledger. Would highly recommend.

We interviewed several agents before deciding to go with Team Ledger to sell our property. We became aware of the Team during our previous interactions with them as potential buyers; it was always positive and we not only wanted a good service from our perspective as a vendor, but for our potential house purchasers too. The key things that were important to us in selecting an agent, and which ultimately led to us choosing Team Ledger, were responsiveness, honesty and passion. We got that in spades from the whole team. Mike was especially helpful in helping us understand the market and provided valuable insights (and a shoulder to cry on!) when we were making an offer on our now new property. Tania kept us informed of any updates regarding interest in our property and kept our spirits up during our initial open homes when covid-19 was limiting the number of people attending. Anne and Scott did amazing jobs of presenting our property online and in person during open homes. The Team were always on the same page and there was never any confusion around who was doing what or conflicting messages. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Team Ledger or using them again.

From start to finish, our experience with Scott and Team Harcourts was superb. We’d already been to plenty of open homes so already knew that their follow up was great. This was a key consideration in signing with Team Harcourts to sell our property. We knew that no stone would be left unturned.
