When I first met the team I was coming off a 3 month drought with only a very low single offer using a previous real estate firm to sell my house. The Team were very friendly and upfront with everything. They had great connections to help improve the place and offered sound advice on variety of different selling options, as at the time the housing market was quite shaky. I was impressed by how much more confident and drive they had to sell my house and they can walk the talk. The weekend the Team had taken over selling the property I had a private viewing at the property that they had organized.
