Lee-Anne was very easy to deal with. During the Christmas break, she was open to show us homes, with short notice. The first home wasn't fit for us, but the second one she suggested, ticked many boxes. Once the offer became unconditional, she and her colleague Polly allowed us in a few times, which was greatly appreciated, and our wallet has benefited largely. We were able to plan efficiently some renovations before moving in.
