Team Ledger is a well-oiled machine, and the different parts all came together to get the outcome we wanted in a quick amount of time. Having used them previously a few years ago, we knew what we were getting, and the market knowledge and professionalism shown then hadn't changed. We are moving out of the region so won't have an opportunity to get them onboard anytime soon, but if we could, we would... :-)

Josh Ledger looked after the sale of my property; he was always a pleasure to deal with. I was able to listen to a few of the open homes where he welcomed people and told them a bit about the property prior to the buyers going inside. I always found Josh to be up front with all new buyers highlighting both the positive and negative. But when the negative was mentioned, he always put a silver lining on it. It was great to watch him in action even though he was new to real estate, I'd definitely use him again.
