Team Ledger did an absolutely fantastic job of getting our house sold. We live in Dunedin and the house was in Upper Hutt, so everything was managed remotely. They organised getting the lawns and gardens done, the property tidied up, a building inspection, house dressing for sale and just made everything work for us. On top of this they got us a sale at a good price in a very difficult market. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our questions. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a great experience with the team, consisting of Scott, Josh, and Anne. Anne was the first person we met when viewing the house we eventually bought. Anne provided excellent advice and answered all our questions. Scott was amazing, he came over late one night to assist with the paperwork for our offer. He clearly outlined the next steps and addressed any concerns we had. Josh was also extremely helpful, showing us the house several times. We appreciate his dedication to accommodate our schedule by working late afternoons during the week or on Sunday afternoons.
