We met the members of Team Ledger at a number of open homes when searching for a new home in the Hutt Valley. They were always welcoming, friendly and informative, and kept us up to date when new properties were available. We eventually bought at auction from them and were happy with the process. We've now both bought and sold at auction through Team Ledger. In both cases what could have been a daunting process was made fairly straightforward for us. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Sharlene to sell our home. We are really impressed with how our sale has progressed, the team provided additional designing and tidying up for photos which was a great help as we’d already started packing up. We are really happy with the outcome and did not expect to have the property sold in this short timeframe given the little interest on our home. It all started with a knock on a door and a quick introduction. The impressive thing about him was that the market understandings he shared during the first meeting were stayed and become relevant till the end. Every week update, effective communication, meeting and updates in person. All these things make the stressful process easier. Perseverance. I had to talk about this as our property sale took nearly 10 weeks. At one point we were getting tired and annoyed but we always have found him positive and constantly working. Well done and I must say the result we got is mostly because of his constant efforts. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
