Deb cuts straight to the chase, doesn't hide behind cliches, buzzwords or incomprehensible terminology, and communicates clearly with you at each step. Given that I've never sold a house before (and have only bought one once), and this sale is at the end of a long and stressful collection of events, I'm very grateful for her professional yet friendly approach.
