I recently had the pleasure of working with Gina and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the very start she was friendly professional and dedicated to helping me sell my property. She kept me updated at every step so I always knew what was happening. I would recommend Gina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Palmerston North!

Fletcher was a dream agent to deal with. He provided clear concise communication and was always contactable with any queries that we had. He consistently gave us important feedback in regards to buyers attending open homes and where the property was sitting within the current market. I would not hesitate to contact Fletcher again to purchase or sell a property as he is personable, professional and great to interact with.

Casey and the team were very professional. While they were very driven to get a good result, they were not pushy. Overall extremely good to deal with, were very informed about the current market trends and they helped set the right expectations. We would highly recommend them for sale or purchase and would happily work with them again if the opportunity ever came up.

Casey was great to deal with. There was lots of communication. We were very happy that in the face of our house taking a while to sell, Casey did not give up and continued to negotiate with the buyers. I first came across Casey 5 or so years ago when he did an appraisal on our house. At the time I was impressed with his calm approach and while I could tell he would get the job done, he does it in non pushy way. It's rare to find an agent like that. 5 years later, we called him up and he delivered the same non pushy and professional manner and got the job done. We were very happy.

The No.1 Trio did a great job navigating our sale through a slow market and helped us secure our next one at the same time.

It has been a pleasure to work with Felicity in buying our new house, which we wouldn't have if she hadn't kept in contact with us. She always kept us informed of what we needed to do, she gave us good advice on what was required and shewent out of her way to help us.
