Excellent
We found Toni Cunningham very professional, organized, effective and a lovely to deal with. She worked well along side our tenants so they were caused as little as possible disruption. She also worked well with prospective buyers. We are extremely grateful as our house sold in two weeks!

Great, Professional and Recommend

The best agent for buying and selling.
We can tell that Jamie is passionate in what she does. She has guided us all throughout the process of selling our house. She always keep us updated with everything. She’s very patient and understanding when it was taking a long time for us to make a decision. It was our first time selling a property, and we’re glad that Jamie was our agent. We had the best experience, it was personalised. She has taken into account what we want and even our feelings. Our house got sold earlier than we thought it would, given the current market and the location of our property. She’s done very well! She’s also assisting us in looking for our next home. My husband and I are very busy and do shift work, but she make time for us to show us the properties we saw on Trademe. She’s very knowledgeable. She always come prepared with answers to our questions regarding the properties we view, even if it’s not her listing. I would highly recommend her even with buying your next home or investment. Success in a difficult market
We used Tania as we had originally bought the house through her some 2 years prior to selling ourselves, and we knew that Tania was a leading figure in RE in this area. We knew selling our particular house at the time would be difficult, and probably slow going, but Tania did everything and more in her power to ensure we sold and achieved our targets.
