From a purchasers perspective Caroline’s communication was outstanding. Her astute negotiation, advice & support combined with her extensive knowledge and industry experience build up over decades, provided reassurance as we negotiated our first purchase in 25 yrs. We especially appreciated her clear guidance through the due diligence process. Caroline willingly cooperated over private viewing requests several times without undue pressure. She was always accommodating even at short notice. In fact, there was a relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire process. All our queries were satisfactorily answered or referred to appropriate authorities and she provided honest observations when asked. We really appreciated the vendor setting a price expectation to negotiate on, rather than a deadline sale or multiple offer scenario. We’ve looked at other properties with those sale options but it was too stressful and we chose not to engage. When negotiating on the price she never made us feel like we were being pressurised but, rather, that she was the middle person helping achieve a final price and outcome that was agreeable to both ourselves and the vendors. In summary, we are delighted with our choice and feel very comfortable with the final outcome. It was all very stress free, surprisingly, thanks to Caroline. We would happily recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.
