Caroline’s vast lifetime experience of living and selling in this area was very obvious in the marketing and advice she gave us when selling our lovely home where we have lived for 35 years. She was empathetic, understanding our emotions and went out of her way to support us along the journey. She gave her time freely and promptly and was always available to talk to us and keep us informed. We thoroughly recommend Caroline for her professionalism, knowledge and communication skills.

Wyatt is not just an exceptional sportsman and an exceptional real estate agent, he is also an exceptional person. When considering using Wyatt as our agent we knew we would get someone who would have a wide social media reach and someone who would take their elite sport background and use those skills around planning, research and analysis to sell our home. These attributes were not the deciding factor in choosing Wyatt as our agent. The deciding factor being what a great, genuine, honest and trustworthy person he is , was the one for us. Wyatt was clear and concise right through the process with the end result being an offer that ended up exceeding our expectations both on price and conditions attached. Wyatt used to wear number 1 on his jersey for rugby. He wears being number 1 just as well in real estate. Thank you Wyatt, we are forever indebted to you.

After interviewing 4 different agencies, Wyatt was outstanding in every sense of the word. Superior people skills, professional approach with timely expert advice. An excellent listener to what we wanted to achieve. Wyatt made selling our home so stressless, that it was an enjoyable experience, not many people have that luxury. All down to his calm, thoughtful and approachable manner. We would use Wyatt again in a heartbeat and Harcourts Nelson should be justifiably proud of their biggest asset.
