Wow wow wow wow wow!!!!! There simply aren't enough words to even slightly describe how awesome Kim is! We were actually looking at another property that Kim had listed in Whangarei. But when we called her to ask if the property was still available, she told us that it had just sold a few days before. She asked us what we are looking for... We gave her a quick list of what we want, to which she replied that she had the perfect property for us. She arranged for us to go view the property. As we walked into the house, it took our breath away and had me in tears. EVERY little detail on the list I mentioned to Kim over the phone was ticked off. Long story short....
