Made buying my first home much easier than I thought it'd be
Anna was a wonderful agent to work with. She communicated well, was open and honest about what she did and didn't know, and really went to a lot of extra effort. Anna was easy to get along with, and I appreciated her friendly yet professional manner. I never felt pressured or bullied, and she kept the process moving along at a good pace. Even after the sale was completed Anna has stayed in touch to make sure that everything went well. One small issue was found with the garden shed (the hinges had rusted out) and she offered to have her husband come around and fix it. She was under no obligation to do this, and I really appreciated the gesture. Buying my first home was stressful, but not nearly as bad as other people said it would be. I think that was in no small part due to Anna. I would happily recommend her to anyone, and if I eventually move on and sell my property she will certainly be the agent I turn to first.

Satisfied Quick Sale
We recently sold our family home that has been in the family for 48 years. Shaun navigated the emotional aspect to reality through the process of guiding us in our venture to downsize and move cities. Working with Anna to sell our house has been the easiest process possible. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Anna and her team to any prospective vendors. Anna worked our campaign in not only a highly professional way but also in a very personable and friendly manner which made all the difference in how we coped throughout the four weeks our home was on the market. Her communication is impeccable and we truly appreciated how she always replied promptly to any queries we had. If there was anything that Anna was unable to give an immediate answer to she was efficient in following up and getting back to us in a quick timeframe. Anna's experience in the real estate industry was invaluable to us and she even offered advice on some questions we had regarding a predicament my friend had with selling her mother's house through another agency.
