Amazing Experience!

Great work on an unusual sale process
Anna was fantastic while working with us through a slightly out of ordinary sale process. Our buyers weren’t actively looking when they saw our house, but they fell in love! Because they were so earnest to buy our home, we chose to wait for them to list and then sell their house - which they eventually sold to first home buyers, (which takes longer to transact). So the whole thing dragged on which was frustrating at times. Anna was fantastic in keeping us appraised of the process and the steps along the way, keeping in touch with us, our buyers and their agent for their sale. At the end of the day, and with a bit of patience, we got the result we were after and had a positive experience. Plus it felt really nice to be selling to someone local who we knew really loved and wanted our home.
