Julian & Team dealt with the marketing and sell of our property in an efficient, professional manner. Communication excellent, pre zoom meetings, fully informed realistically of property market at the present time. Julian is very easy to communicate with, does not make unrealistic statements tells you how it is. Everything went to plan right up to eve of auction and proved to be a great success and outcome for all concerned.

From the beginning we lost trust in Rhonda, after we asked that being new in town if she can recommend a solicitor, she remarked that she is working for the Vendor and cannot help us with any information. This made us weary and we only shared information with Rhonda when absolute necessary. We always felt like the enemy and not customers.

House sale of 27 Spring Road
