Very helpful and easy to contact, even though Tennants made access more trouble then it should have been, she made sure we could veiw the property and get our inspections done when we wanted.

Good experience with a first home purchase.
It hasn't been without it's stress looking at buying our first home but dealing with Jeremy is definitely the exception. Most notably Jeremy's punctuality has been superb, upon emailing him initially about the property of 24a Pringle street, he responded to us within literally 2 minutes. Every enquiry we had was answered in a timely manner and even went above and beyond to respond to us during his own vacation time. Each house viewing we had with Jeremy was a pleasure, his charisma mixed with knowledge of the houses he had listed was great to deal with. We would definitely recommend Jeremy as an agent if you want a breath of fresh air with someone who is easy going but also committed to selling your property. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience with him.

Excellent experience buying a home with Jeremy
We were looking for a home in Timaru and had looked at several properties. Met Jeremy at Belfield Street and he was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for He was very professional and had a good knowledge about what was happening with the market and showed us several other properties that he thought might interest us . He was helpful without being too pushy and ver upfront with us about anything we asked . We revisited Belfield Street and on deciding to make an offer it was a very quick and easy procedure to secure the sale unconditionally. We are very happy with the outcome and the whole experience was very good . Would recommend Jeremy to any future home seekers or sellers as well .

Jeremy was easy to deal with. His comunication was excellent
I cannot comment on his market knowledge although he was awre of the the trend of sales. He never gave up even though it took 6 months to sell. He was diplomatic enough to not really say that we had to lower our price expectation and wait for us to come to the same conclusion. I will use him again.

House sold - goal achieved!
Barbara is clearly a very knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. She has been great to work with, clear explanations on the process, good feedback from open homes. She took the time to listen to us and I felt very comfortable in communicating with her over any matters at all. I definitely recommend Barbara if you are looking to sell your house.

Friendly, not pushy, polite
Julian is a friendy, down to earth guy. Professional, has a good understanding of the market. I like that he isn't pushy and allows you time to look around. Answers any questions about the property promptly. Text to say congratulations the day we went unconditional. 5 stars!

Hadn’t done the usual background check
I’d seen and put an offer on this house before, this was well known. Barbara talked about the property as if I’d never seen it before, discussing things like the hallway. She had nothing to do with my purchase which was done by another agent.
