Fantastic Agent!

Great communicator. Kept us informed every step of the way.
Janette was great at keeping us all in the loop - which couldn't have been easy given there were four of us and none of us living together. She showed excellent knowledge of what was happening in the area and gave us very good advice regarding pricing/open homes etc. Additionally, Janette took extra special care with the elderly member of our group, and made sure they were comfortable throughout the process. Janette's outgoing and cheery nature is like a breath of fresh air.

Selling with ease.
Tracey is very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate market. It was pure pleasure dealing with her and her guidance along the sale process was excellent. From chasing after potential buyers to hosting open homes . Her feedback was spot on and I very much appreciated it. Knowing the current status of the market is a big factor in any sale and her experience proved worth while in this. I would certainly recommend her whether you are buying or selling.

Selling of my home
My experience with Julian Blanchard was very exciting and funny,he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed,had a fun time doing a video with him just to help sell my house. Julian made me feel like I was one of the team not a not a person who was there just to sell my house,I thank him for that,plus the rest of the team that were involved were just wonderful as well,great work guys. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house to go them you will injoy the experience with them they make you feel like one big happy family. Thanks guys.

Excellent Service
Jeremy was great both with initial guidance on the type of sale for our property, and later once we moved to sale by negotiation, he did his best in getting potential buyers through. Our sale process dragged on a bit, due to our house being a bit unique for the area, however we were happy with the final outcome. Jeremy was professional, personable, and provided a great service throughout.
