Nic recommended companies for building inspections, healthy homes inspections, went on site to provide access to relevant inspectors, did a zoom call for our final inspection. She was very good at balancing the working for the vendor and the purchaser. We were so impressed with her communications we decided to utilise Harcourts Property Management services. It was great to work with someone who knew the local market well & gave us a good realistic estimated price range for the property. Stu helped with ideas to make the property more appealing to buyers & explained the whole selling process in plain english so we knew what to expect.
