We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Their market knowledge was spot on meaning the house was priced right for a quick sale. And then they got us two offers. Communication was open and regular so we always knew what was happening and Sam and Julian were always both friendly and professional. If I had another house to sell in Timaru then would be my go to team, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Barbara was very efficient and friendly. She was in contact with us every week and kept us updated with any interest in our property. She informed us immediately when the buyer wanted to look at our property and told us afterwards how the viewing went. Barbara kept us up to date on the whole process. Shey was excellent to deal with during the sale of my property. She was also very patient when we were buying another property - can't have been easy!
