Barbara has been OUTSTANDING and I can not fault her. Barbara had an excellent knowledge about the current market for units and recommended a realistic price. The communication was very thorough, effective and feedback was given quickly. Timeframes were met and this was appreciated -she kept us very informed every step of the way. She explained in detail what would happen and the procedure. This was all done very quickly and smoothly. She is TOTALLY professional and gave professional guidance on correct procedure when there were issues as well. I felt that I could trust her implicitly.
