Barbara has been OUTSTANDING and I can not fault her. Barbara had an excellent knowledge about the current market for units and recommended a realistic price. The communication was very thorough, effective and feedback was given quickly. Timeframes were met and this was appreciated -she kept us very informed every step of the way. She explained in detail what would happen and the procedure. This was all done very quickly and smoothly. She is TOTALLY professional and gave professional guidance on correct procedure when there were issues as well. I felt that I could trust her implicitly. Her manner was kind, friendly, reassuring and professional. Her ability to communicate was second to none. I trusted her wholeheartedly to guide me through the process. She did not rush me into making decisions and guided me on the best way to present the unit for sale. Her advice was accepted and followed. We were excluded from the actual sales agreement as such with a prior arrangement with Argyle Holdings . In saying that we had Nic on the journey to make sure that we had everything in order as if we were dealing through Harcourts. With Nic's experience as a Top Agent it has made our journey a lot easier and no pressure applied.
