Steve had an effective balance of attentiveness and giving us space when we were looking around the property. He was welcoming and on hand to answer questions or provide information, but didn’t feel the need to follow us around or bombard us with info like some agents do. This approach was evident in any follow up communication too. If we ever had questions he couldn’t answer, he was transparent in telling us he wasn’t sure but he would be sure to follow up to find out. His communication was always timely and he was open with us about how he thought things were going e.g. what the vendors were hoping for, how the market was trending, aspects of the property that made it different. During the period where the house was under contract, he remained in contact and was quick to answer any queries or address concerns. He was also really helpful with navigating any required paperwork. Overall, Steve was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Diego and team took on a listing from another agent which could have been awkward but everything was handled with absolute professionalism and discretion. With Diego as your agent you always feel like things are moving, happening fresh and getting buyer attention. Even the simplest thing like how you pitch your property, PBN, price, offers on, offers over can make such a difference and Deigo had the right strategy at the right time and made the changes smoother than Fangio in a Ferrari. When we got the offer that sealed the deal on our "offers over" which started out way under, there was no way I would have believed that Diego or anybody for that matter could get them to where he did. I literally couldn't believe what they achieved. The communication via WhatsApp was brilliant and pretty much in real time so I always knew what was happening. Diego and the team were tireless with the open homes and really worked to get the house sold. Thank you guys so much for everything you've done. I'm rating him better than expectation as In Line with Expectations doesn't seem as good but in reality I expected awesomeness and I got it.
