As first home buyers in this courageous housing market, it was a continuous losing battle for us...until we met Roz Wallace :) The first house in Levin we put an offer towards, Roz was the real estate agent. We didn't get it but Roz was so helpful she immediately got us going by helping us put together an offer towards another home that she was also listing. Funnily enough our offer got accepted!
