As first home buyers in this courageous housing market, it was a continuous losing battle for us...until we met Roz Wallace :) The first house in Levin we put an offer towards, Roz was the real estate agent. We didn't get it but Roz was so helpful she immediately got us going by helping us put together an offer towards another home that she was also listing. Funnily enough our offer got accepted! However, we were unable to meet our financial condition, but Roz was with us every step of the way, she kept that communication open between us and the vendor and fought for us, this was when we knew that out of all the real estate agents we have dealt with, Roz was the one that went over and beyond for us! In the end, this home was not meant to be for us! The last words Roz said on the phone before we got this home was " Don't worry, we will find your home! It will be third time lucky. And of course, our home now was the third and lucky one!! We were even more happy that Roz was our real estate agent because we felt we could contact her at any time, ask questions that we were unsure about, she would reply instantly and nothing was ever unclear when working with Roz. Her friendliness and positive attitude made the end of our finding a home journey that much more memorable for us.
