My house went onto the market in the third quarter of last year, just as the market was turning. We appointed Graham as our real estate person and were delighted with the service he provided. He and his assistant, Paulette, gave us a very realistic idea of what price we could expect - and we got it. The sale did take three months to eventuate but once again, Graham had warned us of this. His communication was good, his congenial personality made it so easy to meet with him and all round it was a good experience. I would highly recommend him to any future seller; choose this honest, well experienced real estate man!
