We have known Trevor for a number of years, though this is the first property we have purchased through him. Trevor's assistance and information pre-auction encouraged us to attend and bid on the property. But wait there's more... Trevor has continued to assist us post the Sale and prior to settlement to ensure we have the property rented soon after us taking ownership. We thoroughly recommend Trevor. One of the truly nice guys of Real Estate.

Having gone live on 29 July 2022 (non auction) and not sold until 16 February 2023 (auction) both my wife and I and our Agents (Trevor Morris & Debbie Towers) encountered a declining market, so extreme, that none of us could have anticipated. The continued efforts on our behalf were appreciated and whilst we all were disappointed in the final price achieved, it was not through lack of effort on the part of our Agents.

Matt was very aware of the market and our situation. He was happy to suggest our best way forward but also happy to accept our decisions. We felt no pressure from him at any time, but we'll guided. His experience helped us get a good price in a tough market. Thanks very much Matt.

Found Debbie to have first class market awareness & knowledge, attuned to current market environment. The property was priced to market & sold very quickly. Professional, personable & relaxed, shared great advice & navigated us through the selling process. A delight to work with.

He has extensive local knowledge in the rural sales area of Cambridge as well as a considerable network of businesses that can make your property look amazing so that you can get the best price possible. I had a good experience working with Matt. Always onto it; he was there to answer all questions - no matter how trivial they were. Timely replies, with good communication and cooperation that enhanced the property purchase were features of the service he provided. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if required in the future.

My house went onto the market in the third quarter of last year, just as the market was turning. We appointed Graham as our real estate person and were delighted with the service he provided. He and his assistant, Paulette, gave us a very realistic idea of what price we could expect - and we got it. The sale did take three months to eventuate but once again, Graham had warned us of this. His communication was good, his congenial personality made it so easy to meet with him and all round it was a good experience. I would highly recommend him to any future seller; choose this honest, well experienced real estate man!

Thank you Matt for your helpful and efficient transaction of sale for my property. I still can't believe it was only 1.5 weeks on the market. You went the extra mile to get the sale I needed. This is much appreciated.
