We found Paulette great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond what you would expect from an agent. Paulette is a lovely positve person, a great listener, very professional and knowledgeable about the market. We would highly recommend Paulette.

Selling our property's has been a challenge in a fickle market. We have been lucky to have Paulette Bell represent us now on a number of property sales. Paulette always has a positive attitude, gives great advice on the property presentation and completes the transaction without any fuss. It has been great to work with her and we will continue to do so.

Paulette was extremely helpful and gave sound advice. Her and Graham work well as a team to make you feel comfortable in the process of selling a house. When we achieved slightly below the sale price that we desired Paulette was negotiable on the commission to the Agency. The Photographer Jason was very professional and produced excellent photos and video of our home for website advertising. We would recommend Paulette to anyone looking to sell a home.

The first marketing round produced about 8 firm offers with three very good . The highest was subject only to needing 3 months before completion and David protected our interest by negotiating a 10% non-returnable deposit. Shortly afterwards a death left a difficult situation not previously encountered by agent or solicitor. Although a difficult and unclear situation resulted for a while, David and Ele renewed contacts and proceeded a further sale in a less-favourable market where the Open Days produced unexpectedly encouraging responses giving us again an excellent field of choice. Thanks also to the excellent stagers which we think helped a lot. Our present situation is that we are delighted to be moving towards settlement soon. The only, and quite minor, criticism we have is that the section tidy up was a bit more heavy-handed than we would have been but we can hardly complain-that's what the experts are for! Overall, David did an excellent job both in the selling and in liaising with our daughter and our two sons keeping all in contact at the critical meetings.

I was abit worried at first, with Amy be so young, but did she prove me wrong. Amy was wonderful to deal with, was always prompt with any response, very helpful dealing with any matter that arised, and we did have a few. Was happy to go the extra mile for us. Amy was always polite and seem to have a great understanding of the market. We would not hesitate in recommending Amy as a Real Estate Agent to anyone looking at selling/buying.

When you ask to view a property when everyone has checked out for Christmas, you could be asking a lot. It wasn't the case with Paulette who indicated that she was more than happy to find time to show me the property I was interested in. In fact nothing was too much trouble for her. A pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her whether buying or selling. Thanks Paulette.

We dealt with a number of agents and Paulette was a standout from the first moment we met. Personable, a great listener, empathetic, assuring, and knowledgeable. Her attention to our wants and needs was second to none, and we always felt like she was after our best interests. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Rachael’s expert knowledge in presenting a property translated into finding our buyer in a difficult market. Her advise on how to dress our home to maximise appeal was exemplary. Communication was excellent throughout the process - providing reassurance during a challenging market. Marketing material produced was high end and maximised the appeal of the property. Great service with a smile!

I dealt mainly with Trevor who was a calm, professional throughout the process. From first open home where he took the time to discuss the property and answer all our questions that he could. He promised to confer with the owners and get back to us with the answers to the remaining questions. He did so in a timely manner and the related procedures through further questions from us and then on to builders inspection and finally to the official offer and following negotiations, Trevor was nothing but professional and a real pleasure to deal with.
