We were really impressed with Kane and Paulette. They work well together as a team and they always kept us in the loop with viewings and interest in our property. Their evaluation of where our property sat in terms of pricing on the current market was spot on. The campaign was really successful with big viewing numbers at our Open Homes and finishing with 5 offers for us to decide from after a short multi offer period. They gave us good advice but also gave us space to decide what we thought best once we had all the information we needed. Their proffessionalism was top notch but carried out in a friendly manner so it was very easy to relate to them both. Negotiations were succinct and efficient - we can't recommend them highly enough.

Eilish demonstrated from the beginning a knowledge about the market particularly as we had a bungalow, not always easy to sell a 100 year old house without an ensuite.
