Caroline was very helpful and respsonsive to our requests for information on the property we bought at auction. She provided a lot of relevant documents about the section and the subdivision consent for it. Caroline also acted for us with telephone bidding on the day while we watched the auction online, in the bizarre post-COVID new real estate world. We won the auction and are thrilled to have a place to build in Napier. I would absolutely recommend Caroline if you are looking for your next home in Hawkes Bay.

Caroline is a star and far exceeds her Company's reputation. She has become a friend and was spot on when we sold the section.

We first met Leon as buyers and had a seamless experience as a friendly competent professional when we secured this property. Recently as sellers – Leon brought a high standard of professionalism with a comprehensive marketing plan – including presentation (staging) digital, open home with great feedback every step of the way. A successful sale was achieved. We would highly recommend Leon.

He made the process of buying my house simple throughout with his superb communication and dedication to seeing the transaction progress from the first viewing, to the completion of the sale. Even now, weeks after settling, Leon is still interested enough to text to ask how I am enjoying my new home. That fantastic interaction is going above and beyond the call of duty, and for that reason, and the fact that Leon gave me multiple bags of hot cross buns (which I adore), I would definitely recommend him as your real estate agent when you are considering either selling, or buying a property

Selling a house is stressful. This was our first time, we were heavily invested in the outcome and very keen to get a good match because they would be neighbours. Far from this making things more difficult, Sara picked it up and ran with it, confidently sorting out sheep from goats, rubber tyre kickers from genuinely interested buyers. The experience was fun, interesting and, in the end, satisfying. Sara was easy to contact, easy to talk to and a straight shooter. We liked her style and were really pleased with the process.
