Caroline was very helpful and respsonsive to our requests for information on the property we bought at auction. She provided a lot of relevant documents about the section and the subdivision consent for it. Caroline also acted for us with telephone bidding on the day while we watched the auction online, in the bizarre post-COVID new real estate world. Selling a house is stressful. This was our first time, we were heavily invested in the outcome and very keen to get a good match because they would be neighbours. Far from this making things more difficult, Sara picked it up and ran with it, confidently sorting out sheep from goats, rubber tyre kickers from genuinely interested buyers. The experience was fun, interesting and, in the end, satisfying. Sara was easy to contact, easy to talk to and a straight shooter. We liked her style and were really pleased with the process.
