I engaged Dylan to sell our property in Onehunga. Despite a poor market Dylan worked hard to market our property and find the right buyer. He organised all marketing and staging. The photography was very good quality. He worked really hard and even went above and beyond like vacuuming between open homes. His attention to detail and friendly manner were appreciated. He communicated very clearly and sent me weekly market updates. I would reccomend Dylan and hope to use him again in the future.

Jasper presented the Proposal to sell our House in a professional manner & explained all the relevant details for marketing the Property successfully. I was impressed with the time frame options that he had identified & created for marketing the Property taking into consideration all the external variables of school holiday, public holidays etc. the objective being to maximize the exposure of our property to the market Jasper & Miko went over and above our expectations. They always were always available to take my phone calls & responded to my text messages within a very short time frame if not immediately. I used to receive feedback on the Open homes in the same weekend that it was held & the Vendor Report followed soon after. The House got sold on Auction Day under the hammer due to the huge effort put in by Jasper & Miko in identifying potential buyers and following up with them every step of the way until Auction Day, answering all their queries and inspiring confidence in them to bid boldly.
