They guided us through an interior refresh, assisted with staging and were immediately responsive to our questions at every stage. He worked very well with our tenant re access and negotiated the buyer up to a fair and reasonable outcome for all. He was thorough and did private viewings and Open homes regularly. The sale happened much quicker than we had expected. We had also bought an apartment through Howard a few years prior and contacted a few past vendors in our building to check their thoughts.
