Howard was really helpful throughout this process. He was clear with his communication around the process and what I needed to do. He was also good at responding to emails to ensure that I had the required and requested documents for the property in preparation for the auction. Howard was also supportive, professional and clear when it came to auction day, providing some good insight into what I should expect, and who I would be on the phone with at the time. It was great having him and his team as agents for the property.

Has an excellent knowledge of the suburb where we were considering buying. Very helpful allowing additional private viewings. Always able to be contacted. After the purchase but before settlement was still actively communicating with the owners to ask questions which we had about the property. Gift provided by Rith which was most appreciated.
