Great communication throughout the sale process in what was a challenging market.
My property was went to market and was sold during a softening market - during the period it was on market and then eventually sold, Ann was focussed on getting the sale done and concluded in a manner that met my requirements. Ann was a good communicator through this process, providing quick updates and more detailed discussion as we tweaked the campaign. Smashed it!

Professional, personable & practical.
Jasper knocked on our door years ago and appraised our home. At that time, we weren't ready to sell, but he maintained contact with us over the years, always respectful and endlessly helpful. Jasper even helped us to find tradespeople we could trust when we decided to rent our property out and needed to do some work. It was an easy choice to go with Jasper when the time came to sell. Success three times out of three
My wife and I have engaged Eden three times over the last 7 years or so, most recently with Kim as part of EK Group. The most recent sale was challenging given both the state of the market and that the building required remediation. The advice we were given in presenting the property was excellent. The companies recommended to assist with the marketing were cost effective and delivered excellent products. The marketing plan was comprehensive. Feedback during the whole process was always appropriate and timely. The price achieved met our expectations which my wife and I were very pleased with.
