technology is not my friend and Jono helped me through the minefield of sale and purchase including the private sale of my property. His follow-up help was second to none. The time schedule was tight bearing in mind my sale had a Trust involved where Trustees were spread Auckland to Wellington and like myself were not computer savy. Through Jono’s diligence and attention to detail settelment early on the due day happend. A first class man.

This is the second house Jono has sold for us. He went the extra mile on this one sorting stuff to make the sale proceed. Highly recommended

Jonathan ensured our home‑selling experience was as smooth as possible. His communication was timely and clear, he explained each step of the process, and he supported us in meeting our short timeframes. At no point did we feel uninformed.

Our 95 year old mother went into a rest home and the family needed to sell her home unit of 20 years in Chatswood, Pukekohe. Jonathan made the process very easy. He knew the local market, which buyers to target, and when and how to market Mum's unit. A sale went through quickly and smoothly and the family are extremely grateful for Jonathan help.

Both Charlotte and Yasemin seem to know the Pukekohe market well, and are able to provide good advice on what ned sto be done to get the desired outcome. Communication was mostly through "What's App", which took us a bit of getting used to, but worked pretty well. They negotiated well on our behalf.
