Josh was very knowledgable on the house and area. All my questions and concerns about the area (I am new to the area) was answered with detail and in a thoughtful way. Josh replies to emails and communication promptly and will follow up with more information with ease upon request. He is very professional, while also being easy to talk to with support on sales. Eye for detail, obviously knows her job and the market, very good feedback and reporting, organised and reliable, great staging and videos/picture. Selling price was maximised (but lower than my expectations, due to a higher RV listed for the property). Loves cups of tea & biscuits. Needs training in changing tyres. Lol.
