Finally, he assisted the purchaser, who lived out of Auckland, with finding contractors who could carry out some landscaping changes to suit the purchaser's family. This extra work probably enables the sale to be completed at close to asking price.

We found Jono very easy to communicate with right from his first visit ( the appraisal) he was honest and up front about what he thought our property could be worth on todays market and did not over inflate his figure just to get a listing like some do. We discussed what would be the best plan of attack for selling the property and he explained the ins and outs and pros and cons of each method. The sale process with Jono at the helm of several open homes and offers over a few weeks was very smooth and trouble free we would not hesitate to recommend Jono as an agent to anybody wanting to sell their property and would personally be using him again in the future
