We just bought our first home in Pukekohe, and our journey was a bit of a mission! We first met Laura and Josh at a house we loved, but couldn't quite get our finances sorted in time. We were pretty gutted to lose the place and thought we would end up in a hobbit house for sure, but their support and encouragement kept us going. Over the next few months, they were just brilliant. They gave us honest, practical advice, even on houses that weren't their listings! As a buyer, you sometimes feel it's you vs the agent/seller, but we never felt that. They have a truly authentic, warm, dynamic, and professional approach, which makes you feel like they're genuinely doing their best for both parties. From the first time we met Bree there was a warm fuzzy feeling, she was very understandable right from the word "Go" what we wanted to achieve. Our property was not just a house on a 1/4 acre section, but a huge implement shed with as much inside as there was outside. It was a real challenge I'm sure. But Bree took the bull by the horns & spent many hours with a lot of potential buyers & pulled it off. We will be ever thankful for what she achieved in just over a month of marketing the property.
