Simon, Hannah and Glynn managed the sale of our property while we were living in the USA. Communication was nothing short of exceptional. We came onto the market as things were softening post the COVID boom. The market was slow and the team continued to work hard for us. When we found a buyer, the process was drawn out due to finance requirements and eventually fell through due to very strict lending laws. Instead of stopping work, they continued to keep marketing the property and held open homes. Thankfully another buyer was found very soon after the other sale fell through.
