I see that Patrick's previous reviews are from a vendors perspective, here is one from a happy purchaser. My husband and I recently purchased one of Patrick's listings. I asked him to arrange a viewing for an investment group that we are part of, which he did. I don't think he realised how many were coming until a convoy of us turned up on the day! Lucky he's pretty chilled because he handled the multitude of questions fired at him really well. We put in an offer before we left. He was really helpful and answered any texts, emails or phone calls, didn't matter what time of day it was, but the thing I think we have enjoyed most is his sense of humour, he's a really funny guy. We know we will be doing business with him again soon :)
