Patrick kept us well informed through the whole selling process and communicated our position to potential buyers clearly and accurately. He also worked hard in helping clean up the property in particular the surrounds and garden. He achieved the selling price we were looking for and the whole process was completed quickly and without problems.

Hamish sold our house for us at a very busy time in our lives. He understood this and adjusted his style perfectly for our situation. We could trust him to take care of everything as we didn't have time to be keeping an eye on every detail of the sale ourselves. Hamish sold our house very quickly and for a great price. He goes the extra mile, you will not regret using Hamish to sell your house!

Chris was amazing, from the minute we meet her we felt calm and in great hands! We had never sold a property before and Chris certainly knew how to keep us well informed of the entire process. Amazing job from her and Jaime and the team. Highly recommend Chris to anyone.

Patrick is a very calm, knowledgeable agent with a pleasing demeanor and enjoyable sense of humor. We are thankful to have worked with him in securing this dual income property close to town in Rotorua, We have just finished doing a full reno on both dwellings so they are now tenanted, fully compliant, Healthy Homes. Keep up the good work Patrick, we'll be in touch when we are ready to buy again.

My hubby and I were relocating from Wellington to Rotorua. We'd flown on a weekend to make the most of trying to find our perfect home. We rang Chris wanting to see a private viewing for a house. Chris and her ability to see clearly that particular house didnt make our hearts sing, she txted us with 2 other properties later on that night, we viewed one of them the next day and it was perfect. She had "got us" and what our needs were. The rest was pretty much plain sailing with putting in an offer and having it be accepted. Chris was authentically friendly and even had that "whanau feeling!" We were thrilled with who she is and what she was able to achieve so quickly in a wee weekend. We came away back to Wellington with our Rotorua home all lined up! Thank you so much Chris :)

My agent Chris O'Donoghue has sold my house , she was an obvious choice for me as I had read all her previous reviews. I could not find fault with her enthusiasm and general care. I have sold many houses during my life and found this to be least stressful of all, you were kept update with with ever detail. Chris and her PA Jamie work as a team and that helped make it so easy for all. Chris is reliable and and she is not afraid to go the extra mile for you. I would have no hesitation to using her again without question. Thankyou Chris again for a job well done.
