Working with Kim was easy, straight forward, uncomplicated and stress free. Kim understood what we wanted out of the process and communicated feedback throughout the process, never leaving us in the dark. Kim spent time with each buyer, got questions answered, even made phone calls to our builders and council etc when needed to help both us and potential buyers. She went above and beyond and we were certainly impressed and would be happy to work with Kim again!
