Penny and Sacha were our pick from the three agencies we took appraisals from and we were 100% happy with the decision to go with Sothebys. From the beginning they grasped our situation, timelines and understood the complications of arranging open homes and viewings around guests (we were selling a holiday home rental apartment). Everything was easy and communication was clear and consistent. They generated great excitement in the apartment even during Levels 2 and 3 of Covid restrictions, and the marketing was right on point. Finally, their advice of going to auction (with their selection of exactly the right auctioneer) was right on the mark. We were sad to sell a wonderful property but achieved a great result.
