I can only recommend Abbey! She really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want) and she has great communication skills - responding to questions quickly. She went above and beyond and had a key list of contacts - builders etc - who all delivered. She was able to meet with the contactors and Council on site. Although Abbey really worked for me selling the property, she also had a great relationship with the buyers.
