Richard was fantastic to deal with. He was most accommodating - he arranged with the vendor to allow us to meet our renovator at the property before settlement day and patiently waited for an hour for us to take measurements etc! Richard is very professional, efficient and has a lovely manner. He was prompt with his follow up and communicates well. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard.

We bought a house recently through Pauline and were so happy with the service she provided during the purchase process that we then listed our house for sale with her having successfully purchased the first house. Her level of service/follow-up and attention to detail is outstanding. Given the market is very slow at the moment we were surprised just how fast and above expectations she was able to sell our house. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell.

Susan and Simon were simply amazing. They responded to every single communication and question we had over the 4 week period - quickly and helpfully. As we were suffering from a lot of stress which was not just due to the sale of our apartment in a Buyer's market, they were incredibly sympathetic and empathetic. They never applied any pressure whatsoever for us to make any decision relating to the sale. Even when it looked like it wouldn't go through, they said "that's fine", despite all the work and effort they had put in to sell our apartment. As someone whose career was devoted to assisting companies to improve their customer service, I couldn't fault Simon and Susan's service - 10 out of 10!

Simon is the ultimate professional. I was overseas when my property was listed for sale and there were issues that arose during the course of the sale process. Simon arranged handyman, plumbing, electrical, glass repair services, you name it, met with them to facilitate the work and kept the property in great condition for the sale in my absence. The sale process was very clear, there was great, continuous communication right through to contract and as he lives locally Simon's knowledge of local facilities is excellent. Simon and Susan are a great team who are so incredibly supportive, helpful and available for anyone selling a house. They even provided support and advice on another house transaction where they were not the vendor nor referring agent. I could call or text them any time day and night and they would answer or get back ASAP. Probably the nicest agents out there and very professional and want what is best for the vendor and house. Very knowledge and have been in the business a long time, he sold me the house I just sold 22 years ago and was a great experience then as it was now.
