Great communication & result
It was great to work with Abbey. She was very relatable, knew the local market very well, and provided clear communication throughout the process. Fantastic agent - works hard to get results
We had a fantastic experience with Abbey selling our house. We were up against some tight deadlines, and at every step of the way she provided practical, timely and genuine advice. Proactive salesperson
I have been impressed with Julie since the day she knocked on my door asking about another property I had on the market at the time. This sort of proactively is not common amongst real estate agents and shows someone to have energy, initiative, and a desire to succeed. The sale of my Hillsborough property was nit easy in a difficult market, however Julie stuck to the task and has been rewarded for her efforts. Well done Julie.

A very good end result.
My house came on the market at the time there was a considerable down turn in Auckland prices. I was kept informed about the market and the sale prices of similar properties. Abbey is a skilled communicator, even when delivering unwelcome news about lowering price expectations! She put time and energy into the possible buyers and in the end finalised a sale at a difficult time in the market.
