The marketing material they produced was of an extremely high standard and ensured we had high numbers of potential customer through our house, leading in the end, to a successful sale. Richard was always available, even after hours to ensure we were kept informed, even whilst we were travelling overseas towards the end of the process, which was really appreciated (even babysitting our little dog at one open home!). Firstly finding the right perfect real estate agent was daunting and hard! Abbey and Richard were recommend to me by Debbie from FindMyAgent. I chose them because of their honest, professional and caring approach! Their work exceeded my expectations and they were so good at what they could do with my home and land. They were so good at reassuring me haha! They worked so hard at everything, finding customers as they could and helped me with services and gave good advices about little things. They did their research and strategies what I couldn’t do when I was at work. I was very surprised and impressed of them. Abbey and Richard are both very professional, dedicated and trustworthy real estate agents with good understanding of market. Abbey went out of the way to give advice on how to stage our house, what looks good and kept advising at every step. Abbey was patient, calm and never got concerned and kept us calm all the way during the marketing period and during auction. Both Richard and Abbey make a great team.
