Kat Tomlinson - an excellent agent. She went above and beyond to respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Her knowledge and experience in the real estate market is fantastic and she exudes a friendly persona. It does not matter if you are the vendor or the purchaser, Kat makes you feel at ease. Her open homes are presented well with signage visible to the public. The brochures are handed to prospective buyers and you are welcome to walk around and ask questions. I attended an open home viewing and was present when people started asking alot of questions regarding the auction being brought forward. Kat's professionalism was outstanding and her ability to navigate each question with a satisfactory answer was commendable. I highly recommend Team Coldicutt for your next selling experience.
