Kath, Brayden and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with, although I was away for work for a lot of the meetings and things that needed signing, due to the wonders of modern technology we were all able to keep in touch through whatsapp and other electronic means. They were always polite and professional at all times.

Kat was like a best friend, able to ask those stupid questions any time of day with a quick sincere answer. Support was exceptional. Sincere all through the sale and purchase of houses. I found Kat to be personable, helpful and efficient. Throughout my journey in finding a home I met Kat a few times at a number of different properties. I found her to be personable and helpful. I didn't feel obligated to her, which was another good quality I liked about her. When I felt like I had made up my mind to put an offer on a home she was efficient in providing myself and my solicitor with the information we needed or needed to acquire to ensure the smooth running of purchasing my home. I trusted her.

We can’t recommend Rose highly enough! We first met her a couple of years ago when we considered selling our home, but when that property fell through, she was committed to staying in touch. Rose periodically checked in to see if our plans had changed and provided updated valuations whenever we asked. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Recently, we purchased a property at auction with a quick two-week settlement, and Rose sprang into action. In no time, she had the photos taken and our listing up. After an intense three-week campaign, we successfully sold at auction! Rose is an outstanding communicator and is always transparent about the information and guidance she needed from us.
